The Doctors

We should know that the world around is not as it seems.We go after Knowledge,skin color, nationality religious bias,atomic bombs,waging wars.We murder, cheat and then lie to ourselves,to make us believe it's for our own good. We've been dominated by sadists or

ignored by the apathetic.

Like Recently doctors are being regarded as butchers. People say that they take their patients for granted and treat them with techniques that are suited financially for them but not for the sake of the patient.

I know that it sounds overrated but that's the truth.

This what we do know but what we don't is that what doctors go through in real. 

In our country people tend to bring emotions into decisions. Indecision is what made many doctors move away from our country.

They are perceived as educated persons,prefixed to get a better spouse or get good money. While many doctors that work honestly are being pushed away because the supervisors above them don't want them to work in the better interest of the patients.

Like Recently, my brother got a life threat from locals and paramedics to transfer himself from this BHU. Because he was involved in this record checking along with MS. One of my friends was  threatened because as MS of the hospital, he forced paramedics to work rather than sit and eat.One was beaten,they broke his arm and he bled till he got unconscious only because he was asking paramedics to do their jobs properly. All of this for what? Because they work honestly? 

Well this new government opened some past files that aren't meant to be opened. 

Like Lady Health Workers in rural areas. I have seen that they love to get money at home and when their attendance records were being checked as new government policy they started to threaten doctors to move them away from that BHU. 

Paramedics are behaving like a mafia because they have a permanent job and they don't worry about patients,just the money. They don't listen to what doctors say and do what he asks them to do as their jobs recommend them in the government hospitals. 

Most of our doctors are moving away because they studied all their life. Like no one knows how much tedious it is to ignore life and get knowledge. They just take doctors as pawns and move them in their own ways. Well in the end they complain that there is shortage of medics. 

Our government should point out that "We are Not Butchers".We like to work but our society take that as a stigma. They don't give the gratitude to doctors that they need in job. 

So the crux of all this is that. Its good that old records are being checked but the government should monitor that MS or MOs etcetera do this honestly, not under the pressure from paramedics and locals. Because that's what forces them away and we complain.We should take doctors as someone who knows how to do his work and shouldn't be disrespected.Its about accepting them as A Doctor.
